If your child is struggling with big emotions, school challenges, transitions or other challenges, I am here to help. I offer a warm and compassionate space for children to express themselves and learn new skills. I am passionate about working with children and teens of all ages and stages and will work with families to develop a plan for success. I believe that involving parents in treatment and offering transparency is vital for the best outcomes. If you are looking for support as a parent, I hope to partner with you on your child’s journey to wellness.

For young children I use child centered play therapy, Adlerian Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Play Therapy depending on the unique child’s need. I also work with teens using CBT and DBT to help them learn new skills and change underlying thinking patterns.
