Tatiana Carrier

I am an expert in helping individuals and couples going through life transitions. I help people identify the obstacles in their way and overcome grief, betrayal, loss and fears and help them step into new seasons of life with confidence.

I am passionate about helping couples overcome communication issues, betrayal trauma, and parenting difficulties. Research suggests that most couples have been having problems for 5 years before ever seeking help. That is why I was determined to train in a form of couples counseling backed by research proven to have the greatest benefit.

Marriage burnout is real. More and more couples are turning to help after carrying years of pressure and weight caring for families, careers, financial stress and finding the pressure and workload are hurting their marriage.

I see good successful men and women who thrive in other areas of their lives feeling completely incapable of being heard, understood, respected, prioritized or seen in the own marriage. The once safe place of the couple has turned into another place of stress and conflict.

Often, by the time a couples sees me for counseling, they are on the brink of divorce, feeling hopeless or there has already been infidelity. But there is hope and light. The right kind of couples counseling can benefit even some of the most difficult relationships.

In addition to my passion for working with couples, I also have a heart for women. Women experience unique challenges with transitions in life whether coping with a loss, divorce, career change, blending families or postpartum changes.

My personal experience combined with my training provided a safe and supportive place for women to reconnect to who they are and what is important to them.

Along with couples and women, I also work with teenagers 13 and older who have self-esteem issues, mood problems, anxiety, behavioral challenges or are dealing with trauma or major life transitions. As a mother myself, I know how important it is that your child receive quality care from a trustworthy person.

I also offer hypnotherapy for individuals seeking resolution of trauma or to overcome habits that block the life they want to achieve.
