Leah Lomonte child therapist, teen counselor for athletes

Leah Lomonte

Does your child or teen struggle with the need to be perfect? Perhaps they feel they are not good enough if not performing to the highest standards. I am a child and teen therapist with a heart for helping young people overcome obstacles to build connection, compassion, and trust within themselves. My specialties include anxiety, perfectionism, self-esteem, and trauma counseling for tweens, teens, and young adults.

I also have a passion for working with athletes to build confidence and connection with themselves, their bodies, and their sports. My own experience as a competitive athlete has helped me to understand the unique pressures athletes face in pursuit of success and the role sport plays in who you are both in and out of the arena. I love coming alongside athletes as they navigate the pressures to be perfect with the confidence to know they are worth so much more than their best performance.
