Jasmine Carter, LMSW
Are you, your child or teen experiencing depression, stress, anxiety or behavioral problems? Perhaps you or your child have experienced a traumatic event such as sexual abuse. Or maybe having difficulties with a recent life transition or needing support in identifying and utilizing coping and/or emotional regulation skills.
I am a social worker with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a clinical, therapeutic setting, non-profit agency and after school care. My focus is to support children, adolescents and adults regarding the effects of abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions and behavioral issues. I utilize aspects of child-centered play therapy, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy to support individuals. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents and adults become healthier individuals. I am dedicated to collaboratively working with individuals to create safe, culturally competent, and trauma informed spaces. Let’s work together on achieving holistic well-being and healing.
